PlainLegal provides AI-powered analysis of UK employment contracts and related employment documents. The Service generates plain English explanations designed to help users better understand contractual clauses, risks, and obligations.

The Service is automated and powered by artificial intelligence. It does not replace professional legal advice.

3. No Legal Advice

PlainLegal does not provide legal advice. No lawyer-client relationship is created through use of the Service. The information provided is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified solicitor or legal professional.

4. Payments

A one-time fee of £4.99 is charged per document analysis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee. Access to the generated PDF report is provided after successful payment confirmation.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant nature of the Service, refunds are generally not provided once a document analysis has been generated and delivered. However, if you experience a technical error or duplicate charge, please contact us and we will review the issue.

The PlainLegal website, branding, design, and underlying software remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of documents you upload.

AI-generated explanations are provided for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed commercially.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlainLegal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Service.
